Ciarra Coburn Hodges

Ciarra has been performing for as long as she can remember. The little girl creating pieces for her family to watch, has now become the woman who voices the stories we love. Ciarra graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a BA in Theatre Arts. She went on to teach Theatre Arts abroad for several years until she discovered audiobook narration in 2020 during the global pandemic. A stage actor at heart, audiobook narration brings her up close and personal with the characters. Her favorite roles to date include Ruth Younger in the classic A Raisin in the Sun, Mother Superior in Agnes of God, and Lady Catherine de Bourgh in Pride & Prejudice. With a warm, soothing tone, Ciarra narrates an array of genres including contemporary literature, African American fiction, historical fiction, children’s & young adult fiction. Ciarra is driven by a deep commitment to stewardship, family, and the belief that every person carries the power to create change. As a wife and mother of two, she spends her days planning and playing. She finds joy in the simple, foundational acts of life—from getting outdoors to sharing a meal with loved ones.
