Al Benelli

Al began his voice career in radio, moving to the stage to re-create iconic roles (Tevye in “Fiddler”; Oscar Madison in “Odd Couple”; Danvers Carew in “Jekyll & Hyde”). He studied voice under legendary coach Chuck McKibben (Mel Blanc Studios). His voice is well suited to larger-than-life characters such as a Tony Soprano. Al’s other life experiences include being a NYC cabbie, a professional race car driver and working in the financial services industry. He is also a Vietnam Vet (Special Forces) who can relate quite well to law enforcement and/or military subject material.
