Dave Courvoisier

Dave Courvoisier is an Emmy-award-winning TV news journalist who has been on the air for 20 years in Las Vegas, where he currently anchors the three main nightly newscasts at the CBS affiliate KLAS-TV. He has distinguished himself especially by his work with disadvantaged foster children seeking adoptive homes, as seen in his weekly “Wednesday’s Child” report. Dave began narrations and storytelling in earnest about six years ago (ask him, he’ll tell you exactly where Earnest is). He has narrated several audiobooks, including Border Ambush by Melody Groves, and two from a series of high-seas drama books by Peter Tonkin, Coffin Ship and Fire Ship. In addition, Dave does voiceover work for many corporate clients including Las Vegas Resorts, the EPA and Homeland Security … and if you listen closely, you may also hear his friendly voice in some prominent airports.
